Fabulous apartments minutes away from a beautiful beach These apartments were fab. Exceeded our expectations. Modern and spotlessly clean. We (3 adults) stayed for 4 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment. There was plenty of space for all of us and having 2 bathrooms was great. The apartments were very quiet (we barely saw anyone) and really nicely furnished. The shower was one of the best ive used. The location is perfect for the beach (few mins walk). Las Canteras is a beautiful beach (we were really impressed) and we couldn't believe how reasonable the sunbed hire was (3 euros each!). The promenade is lovely to stroll along and is lined with restaurants and cafes. We had a really relaxing few days and i would not hesitate to recommend these apartments. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful via WhatsApp and responded almost immediately, even out of hours. They arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport and also to drop us on our return home. We were also able to extend the room for a late check out at an extremely reasonable rate as we had a late flight. We were very pleasantly surprised by Las Palmas and would definitely recommend these apartments. 10/10 experience.

Modern, top-quality, tastefully furnished building with convenient underground parking. Spacious, comfortable apartment with attention to detail (kids' toiletries, beach towels). Supermarket and plenty of restaurants nearby. Check-in process was online, easy access to all areas of the building with your personal code.."

Both the facilities and the apartments are decorated with great attention to detail and exquisite taste. The building is very quiet, making it perfect for relaxing. Excellent facilitiesAn unbeatable location, just 2 minutes from Las Canteras Beach and 5 minutes from the modern centre of Las Palmas. Excellent facilities, spacious flats with an en-suite bathroom in every bedroom, a modern kitchen fully equipped with all appliances. The dining room and lounge are beautifully appointed. It has a garage, which is essential in this area. Very good service, spotlessly clean and everything is very well looked after.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The accommodation is modern, very clean, and well maintained. The staff made sure that all the check-in details were provided to us in advance, which made our arrival smooth and hassle-free. They were also very accommodating and allowed us a later check-out, which helped us fit our travel schedule comfortably. Communication was excellent throughout our stay, and they were always available on WhatsApp to assist with any questions or issues. Highly recommended!
