Top Recommendation! Stylish, clean, good located. Felt like home. We had an excellent stay! We received a free upgrade to a spacious duplex apartment with a balcony on the 4th floor. The apartment was modern, stylish and truly super clean. Self check in was easy. Communication was quick, easy and friendly. The amenities were great: air conditioning both up and down, a dishwasher and washing machine, plus a extra sealed starter set with sponges, tabs, etc. Also, there were 2 water bottles in the fridge. Our only tiny suggestion: a bigger salad bowl. The soundproofing is excellent; we heard nothing from the lively city noise. The location is perfect: Just 3–5 minutes on foot to Las Canteras beach. Bars, restaurants, and shops are easily accessible. The staff was very nice and friendly. A major plus: Parking was included in the private underground garage (a bit tight, but worth its weight in gold!). We spontaneously and easily rented bikes through toctoc suites and were in the Old Town Vegueta in about 20 minutes. Absolutely recommended! Best service, very clean, good location, best amenities. It is a spectacular place to stay in Las Palmas, with exquisite attention to detail in the apartments where nothing is missing: fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, spacious rooms, and a complete bathroom.

The best place to stay in Las Palmas It's hard to find a better place to stay. Modern, very well equipped, clean, easy access and good location. Everything was first class. Communication was also easy.
