A high-end city apartmentThe apartment is fantastic: the bed is very comfortable, and the shower is wonderful. We loved that there were water dispensers at the entrance — such a great touch! We didn’t have to buy water during our whole stay. They also had lovely gestures on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, leaving us nougat, wine, champagne, and grapes — truly appreciated!Everything was perfect. The keyless entry system is super convenient — you don’t have to worry about keys — and the communication before arrival was excellent. We would definitely stay here again."

Wonderful stay in a perfect location Fantastic flat with everything you need. Perfect with a garage on the ground floor. It's almost impossible to find street parking in Las Palmas. Soundproof windows so nothing could be heard at night, even though there was a restaurant right below and a lot of traffic. Close to the sea and several restaurants nearby, as well as a supermarket.

Premium, well-equipped apartment in an excellent location. "Fantastic location, just a 2-minute walk from the Las Canteras Beach promenade and about a 7–8 minute walk from the shopping area around El Corte Inglés.The apartment looks very new. It is extremely comfortable and has everything you really need, including a fully equipped kitchen.There is even a washer-dryer, so there is no need to check in a large suitcase; you can simply do laundry as you go. The bathroom is as you would expect, with excellent water pressure in the shower."

Luxurious and peacefulI had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful holiday flat (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) and I must say it was a truly special experience. Starting with the great convenience of underground parking, which is a major plus in Las Palmas, plus electric vehicle charging (all free of charge). The location is central and convenient, close to the sea and supermarkets.The interiors are furnished with extreme taste and attention to detail, impeccably clean, and fully equipped with appliances and crockery (including a Nespresso machine). Finally, the beds were very large and comfortable with good quality linen and towels, and the blinds and curtains were electrically operated. Highly recommended

Excellent service, great accomodation in a very central location, easy parking Excellent service! Brand new apartments, high quality interiors and super clean bathrooms. The lobby smells amazing . :) The team is invisible but helping with our needs immediately. On our first night there was a very loud metal plate neraby on a street sewage cover, making noise all night, the team kept calling them until they fixed it on Christmas day, keeping us updated and sokving a problem for us that was not their fault at all. So they did everything to make us feel home. Thank you again!
